摘要: Many green algae cannot develop normally when they are grown under axenic conditions. Monostroma oxyspermum, for example, proliferates unicellularly in an aseptic culture, but develops into a normal foliaceous gametophyte the presence of some marine bacteria. More than 1000 bacterial strains were isolated from and sponges assayed their ability to induce morphogenesis unicellular M. oxyspermum. Fifty exhibiting morphogenesis-inducing activity against oxyspermum isolated. The partial gyrB (approximately 1.2 kbp) 16S rDNA 1.4 sequences about 40 active determined, phylogenetic relationships analysed. All these located within Cytophaga-Flavobacterium-Bacteroides (CFB) complex, most clustered clade comprising Zobellia uliginosa. On other hand, bacteria also exhibited morphogenetic germ-free spores Ulva pertusa, conglobata Enteromorpha intestinalis. Moreover, induced release leafy young These results indicate that belonging several groups CFB complex play important role development coastal environment.
