摘要: The enzymatic production of biodiesel by methanolysis canola oil was studied using self-made biocatalysts. Mesoporous SBA-15 nanoparticles were prepared, characterized and functionalized 3-glycidyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane. Lipases from Candida antarctica (CALB), Thermomyces lanuginosus (TLL) Rhizomucor miehei (RML) covalently immobilized onto SBA-epoxy. Thermal stability the influence methanol concentration on catalytic activity also evaluated. Higher thermal tolerance for derivatives achieved compared to free enzyme. In an optimization study, effect water, t-butanol blue silica gel as water adsorbent yield FAME considered. For SBA-RML catalysed reaction, had little in increasing yield, but when 20 wt% substrate weight added SBA-TLL methyl ester content reached nearly complete conversion (98% FAME). t-Butanol a great with almost SBA-TLL. investigated. TLL quite stable can be reused 20 cycles without significant loss (6%). RML CALB presented good reusability, keeping 95% their initial activities after 7 15 reaction.
