摘要: Background: Ethical decision-making is an important aspect of reasoning in occupational therapy practice. However, the process ethical within broader context yet to be clearly explicated.Objective: The purpose this study was advance a theoretical understanding by which therapists make decisions day-to-day practice.Method: A constructivist grounded theory approach adopted, incorporating in-depth semi-structured interviews with 18 from range practice settings and years experience. Initially, participants nominated as key informants who were able reflect on their processes recruited. Theoretical sampling informed subsequent stages data collection.
