摘要: The effect of pirenzepine on 24 hour intragastric acidity was studied in 10 healthy volunteers using ambulatory pH-monitoring a double blind crossover study. Tests were performed the seventh day ingestion either placebo, 75 mg or 150 per day. drugs given at two doses 8.30 am and pm. Mean nocturnal hydrogen ion activity during placebo treatment 68 mmol/l +/- 9 SEM reduced by (26%, p less than 0.01) (36%, 0.01), respectively. diurnal 32 6 not significantly (p greater 0.1) dose (4% 12% respectively). Thus, is small, even with high drug, becomes apparent only night.
