摘要: Purpose: To investigate the embryotrophic mechanisms of Vero and oviductal cells coculture. Methods: Mouse embryos were cultured in Chatot, Ziomek, Bavister medium (CZB), modified CZB media (MM) with nutrient concentrations adjusted to that found conditioned after different periods or culture, reconstituted (RM) containing purified >100-kDa components cell had been medium, cocultured an interposing membrane. Results: The blastulation rate was not among Vero-cell–derived MMs. Nine-hour Vero-cell-derived MM significantly increased total number hatching frequency embryos. There no difference these parameters oviductal-cell–derived RM did possess activity. presence a porous membrane between affect activity Conclusions: cells, but improved mouse embryo development partly by modifying energy substrate concentration culture medium.
