摘要: A doped, passivated graphene nanomesh includes a nanomesh, plurality of nanoholes formed in sheet, and carbon atoms which are adjacent to the nanoholes; passivating element bonded atoms; dopant element, comprising one an electron-donating for making n-doped electron-accepting p-doped nanomesh.
