摘要: An optical dynamic gain equalization filter (DGEF) comprises a planar arrangement of preferably “perfectly sampled” (or alternatively oversampled) waveguide grating routers (WGR's) connected by individual paths each containing Mach-Zehnder interferometer operated in push-pull fashion so that positive phase change one arm and corresponding negative the other produces desired attenuation while, at same time, overall signals after passing through is kept constant with respect to adjacent paths.
