摘要: Abstract Objectives: The purpose of this study was to compare the surgical outcomes women with moderately enlarged uteri undergoing vaginal hysterectomy those normal size hysterectomy. A secondary objective investigate roles uterine morcellation and laparoscopically assisted in treatment these women. Study Design: Thirty consecutive during a 2-year period enlargement weight between 200 700 g underwent or limited lysis adhesions adnexectomy. These patients (group 1) were compared 160 weighing .99, 95% confidence interval –8.1% 5.9%). Conclusions: Although requires modest increase operative time, it is as safe effective for woman uterus size.
