摘要: Prostate tumor (PT) normally has an indolent course during the first 10 to 15 years. Tumor progression and its clinical management, in elderly patients, is therefore becoming a social problem, feasibility of non-therapeutic approaches, such as Wait & Watch (W&W) one, requires better understanding natural history. Our model aims at connecting physical, biological statistical knowledge order validate empirical views propose clinicians simple effective ‘therapy-simulator’, based on large experimental sample, helping them difficult goal personalizing patients' therapy.
