摘要: BACKGROUND: Although the etiology of endometriosis is not well understood, chemokines and their receptors are believed to play a role in its pathogenesis. Therefore, we aimed investigate expression localization interleukin-8 (IL-8) CXCR1 CXCR2 eutopic ectopic endometrial tissues women with endometriosis, endometrium without endometriosis. METHODS: Ectopic (n = 27) homologous 25) from were used for immunohistochemical analysis CXCR2. RESULTS: In normal endometrium, epithelial immunostaining intensities similar proliferative secretory phase. Stromal was less then did show cyclical difference. No stromal observed. compared there significant increase both phases expression, phase (P < 0.05). Both receptor immunoreactivities significantly increased cells that CONCLUSIONS: These findings suggest IL-8 may be involved pathogenesis
