摘要: Rapid, efficient and robust methods for sampling extracting genuine nerve agents sarin, soman VX were developed analyzing these compounds on various solid matrices, such as concrete, tile, soil vegetation. A portable capillary electrophoretic (CE) system with contactless conductometric detection was used the in situ analysis of extracted samples. 7.5 mM MES/HIS-based separation electrolyte accomplished target analytes less than 5 min. The overall duration process including instrument start-up, sample extraction 10 min, which is fastest screening achieved liquid phase to date. procedure can easily be performed by a person protective suit therefore suitable real-life applications. CE results validated an independent GC-MS method satisfactory correlation obtained. use proper strategy two internal standards "smart" data-processing software overcome low reproducibility CE. This has significant impact potential acceptance instrumentation chemical warfare (CWA).
