Nonresponders had lower age onset longer duration ; addition, they showed higher frequency compulsions, washing rituals, chronic course, concomitant schizotypal personality disorder, previous hospitalizations. A worse predicted stepwise multiple regression by (1) (2) presence (3) illness length. Conclusion Our findings suggest that there distinct types respect response. They provide indirect specificity identifying responsive different modalities, may be value selection alternative treatments. (J Clin Psychiatry 1995 ;56 :368-373)
