摘要: India is a developing country, where boosting of modern energy supply the primary requirement for economic growth. About two-thirds this fulfilled with coal alone, thereby increasing demand steadily. As result, mining industry has experienced an incredible growth, which causes severe environmental and social damage. Based on analysis socio-environmental impact, study developed framework sustainable improvement in performance operations using integrated approach interpretative structural modelling fuzzy MICMAC (Matriced’ Impacts Croises-Multipication Applique’ Classment) analysis. To develop framework, contextual relationship among parameters been defined by discussions experts from academics. It presents control sequence leading to lagging showing strength connecting links. In study, “Research technical development” “employees training welfare” are found be that directly or indirectly influence all remaining system. Therefore, measures should applied first these parameters. Conversely “health quality” parameter very little no impact The final model verified experts. Outcomes can help decision-makers policy development operations. also used as tool manage other similar types industries well.
