摘要: Background—We conducted a double-blind, randomized, crossover study to assess the antithrombotic effects of combination aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid, ASA) and clopidogrel, with or without loading dose, versus ASA alone in model arterial thrombosis humans. Methods Results—Eighteen male volunteers received following 3 regimens for 10 days separated by 1-month period: (1) 325 mg daily, (2) ASA+75 clopidogrel (3) daily+300-mg dose on day 1 +75 per 2 10.
