摘要: Background : Creatinine (Cr) has been implicated as an independent predictor of hypertension and exercise reported adjunct therapy for hypertension. The purpose the present study was to investigate effect continuous training programme on blood pressure serum creatinine concentration in black African subjects with Methods Three hundred fifty seven male patients with mild moderate (systolic [SBP] between 140-180 & diastolic [DBP] 90-109 mmHg) essential were age matched randomly grouped into control groups. group involved 8 weeks (60-79% HR reserve) 45minutes to 60 minutes, 3 times per week, while remain sedentary. SBP, DBP, VO2max, Cr, body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR) percent (%) fat. Analysis covariance (ANCOVA) Pearson correlation tests used data analysis. Results Findings revealed significant decreased effects BMI, WHR, % fat increase VO2max at p< 0.05. Serum Cr is significantly negatively correlated SBP (-.335), DBP (.194), BMI (.268), WHR (-.258) (-.190) p<0.05. Conclusion demonstrated a rationale bases therapeutic role intensity multitherapy down regulation pressure, size Key words Hypertension; Blood pressure; Creatinine; size; fat; Africa.
