摘要: Abstract The purpose of this cross-sectional pilot study was to examine associations between food insecurity, acculturation, demographic factors, and children's fruit vegetable intake among a sample Hispanic children ages 5 12 years. A convenience 184 parents low socioeconomic status completed one-time, self-administered questionnaires assessing information, insecurity in the spring 2006. In addition, at home measured using validated seven-item index. Parents were recruited through local elementary schools San Antonio, TX.
