摘要: Abstract Visions of alternative and more sustainable energy systems are commonly associated with the development innovation renewable technologies. Geels (2002) notes that regime transition is affected by a set technological, socio-economic, organisational, political, institutional region-specific dimensions can be triggered niche developments. Indeed, toward strongly influenced governance regulatory frameworks extending from global to local scale, which boundaries incentives for direction in evolve. Since 2007, several initiatives have emerged county Marburg-Biedenkopf Germany promoting use biomass on scale. These successfully established locally owned cooperatives run decentralised heating supply infrastructure their households. This paper highlights role multi-scalar policy processes allowing bioenergy villages provides details regional processes. Supplementing national framework makers key factor implementing villages.
