摘要: Calretinin-immunoreactive structures in the anterior olfactory nucleus of rat were studied using a polyclonal antibody, which does not cross-react with highly homologous calcium-binding protein calbindin-D28k, and avidin-biotin-peroxidase technique. Calretinin-immunopositive neurons found all regions nucleus, highest number medial subdivision dorsal transition area. The immunostained neurons, although morphologically heterogeneous, demonstrated typically small size. In addition to neuronal somata, calretinin-immunopositive fibres terminals, some them forming basket-like arrangements surrounding immunonegative observed. Although calretinin calbindin-D28k colocalize several brain regions, both proteins showed an extensive overlap semithin sections that co-localize this nucleus.
