摘要: Aim: The objective of this exercise was to explore the utility allometry for predicting intravenous and oral pharmacokinetics odanacatib. Methods: relation between pharmacokinetic parameters (viz., volume distribution clearance [CL]) body weight examined across four species, using double logarithmic plots predict CL simple biliary correction factors. Results: Best concurrence plasma exposure odanacatib in humans obtained with values predicted from value CF2 (bile flow rate/body weight) factor. Conclusion: outcome indicates that interspecies scaling suitable factors could be used human
