摘要: Feeding rats a sucrose rich diet (SRD) induces hypertriglyceridemia and insulin resistance. The purposes of this study were to determine the time course changes in lipid glucose metabolism gastrocnemius muscle, both basal state after euglycemic hyperinsulinemic clamp, fed SRD for 3, 15 or 30 wk, analyze glucose-stimulated secretion from perifused isolated islets SRD-fed their relationships peripheral insensitivity. A control group was (CD) same period time. After 3 wk consuming SRD, long-chain acyl CoA (LCACoA) levels muscle greater than CD, an early indication disturbance metabolism. Neither glycogen storage nor oxidation impaired at Moreover, biphasic patterns showed marked increase first peak, which helped maintain normoglycemia rats. triglyceride LCACoA muscles CD. Glucose as well insulin-stimulated synthase activity lower altered pattern further deteriorated. This accompanied by resistance moderate hyperglycemia. Our results indicate that dyslipemia present chronically may play important role progressive deterioration sensitivity animal model.
