摘要: BACKGROUND: High fructose consumption is suspected to be causally linked the epidemics of obesity and metabolic disorders. In rodents, leads insulin resistance ectopic lipid deposition. humans, effects on sensitivity remain debated, whereas its effect lipids has never been investigated. OBJECTIVE: We assessed moderate supplementation (IS) in healthy male volunteers (n = 7). DESIGN: IS, intrahepatocellular (IHCL), intramyocellular (IMCL) were measured before after 1 4 wk a high-fructose diet containing 1.5 g . kg body wt(-1) d(-1). Adipose tissue IS was evaluated from nonesterified fatty acid suppression, hepatic suppression glucose output (6,6-2H2-glucose), muscle whole-body disposal rate during 2-step hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp. IHCL IMCL by 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopy. RESULTS: Fructose caused significant (P < 0.05) increases fasting plasma concentrations triacylglycerol (36%), VLDL-triacylglycerol (72%), lactate (49%), (5.5%), leptin (48%) without any changes weight, IHCL, IMCL, or IS. negatively correlated with (r -0.78, P 0.05). CONCLUSION: Moderate over causing deposition humans.
