摘要: The liver is a major target organ for metastases of various types cancers. Surgery well-established option colorectal (CRLM). Regarding the improved surgical and anesthetic techniques, safety resection has increased. Consequently, interest in management non-colorectal (non-CRLM) gained significant attention. Therefore, this study was designed to investigate treatment outcomes non-CRLM compare it with an outcome CRLM tertiary care center Baltic country—Lithuania. We retrospectively analyzed data from all patients who underwent or between 2010 2017 center—Vilnius University hospital Santaros Clinics. Demographic metastasis characteristics, as well disease-free overall survival, were compared groups. In total, 149 included study. Patients group older (63.2 ± 1.01 vs 54.1 1.8 years, p < 0.001) mainly predominant by males. Overall postoperative morbidity rate (16.3% 9.8%, = 0.402) complications (10% 7.8%, 0.704) after similar. Kaplan-Meier analysis showed higher survival 89.4% 76.5% 64.9% 31.4% rates at 1 3 years, respectively (p 0.042), although not different groups 78.4% 72.0% 46.1% 0.300). study, we confirmed comparable short- long-term non-CRLM.
