摘要: Abstract The variations of the ordering temperatures and magnetic (B, T) phase diagram for single crystals system CeRu2(Si1−xGex)2 are reported. An antiferromagnetic (AF) ground state occurs x≲0.06. At first, Neel temperature TN increases rapidly with x, contains three AF phases. remains up to x≈0.6. is maximum (≈10 K) x=0.5. However, becomes simpler: only low field subsists x=0.55. A ferromagnetic observed x=0.7 like in CeRu2Ge2 itself. TC x slightly decreases whereas area between shrinks.
