摘要: Fifty-six primary neuroendocrine lung tumors were examined morphologically and histologically their apoptosis level was determined. Malignant carcinomas characterized by increased apoptotic index enhanced expression ofBcl-2, Bak, p53, andKi-67 compared to typical carcinoid. However, in these not completed. Proteins of theBcl family play an important role the regulation spontaneous tumors.Bcl-2 accumulating nucleus is a morphological analogue phosphorylated inactive form this protein, which does inhibit apoptosis. Expression ofBcl-2 andBax decreases small-cell carcinoma (SCLC) with metastases indicating attenuation development metastatic clones resistant induces.
