摘要: The present study was undertaken to analyse the extent of apoptosis in operated small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC) by using situ labelling oligonucleosomal DNA fragments terminal transferase. compared with proliferation activity, as determined Ki-67 immunohistochemistry; volume density necrosis (per cent), morphometric point counting method; and occurrence immunohistochemically detectable p53 bcl-2 proteins. By labelling, remarkably high apoptotic indices (from 0·08 8·10 per cent) were seen SCLC. A percentage SCLSs also showed an exceptionally activity. Aberrant accumulation protein 37·5 cent overexpression 50 SCLCs. Necrosis 82·5 inversely related tumour (P=0·05) (P=0·008). positive association found between immunoreactivity (P=0·02). correlated age (P<0·05) total smoking time patients (P=0·06). © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
