摘要: The effect of nutrient and water enhancement on the biodegradation petroleum was tested in Antarctic mineral soils. Nitrogen, phosphorus potassium were applied solution, with or without gum xanthan plastic covers, to sites artificially contaminated distillate. effectiveness these procedures assessed by measuring changes total hydrocarbons; heptadecane/pristane octadecane/phytane ratios; concentrations major hydrocarbon components microbial numbers activity.
