摘要: Bifurcation lesions represent one of the most challenging lesion subsets in interventional cardiology. The European Club (EBC) is an academic consortium whose goal has been to assess and recommend appropriate strategies manage bifurcation lesions. quantitative coronary angiography (QCA) methods for evaluation have subject extensive research. Single-vessel QCA shown be inaccurate assessment dimensions. For this reason, dedicated software developed validated. These packages apply principles fractal geometry address "step-down" estimate vessel diameter accurately. This consensus update provides recommendations on analysis reporting based recent scientific evidence from vitro vivo studies delineates future advances field analysis.
