摘要: We have developed aggregation-induced emission (AIE) dye loaded polymer nanoparticles with deep-red for siRNA delivery to pancreatic cancer cells. Two US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved surfactant polymers, Pluronics F127 PEGylated phospholipid, were used prepare the dye-loaded nanoparticle formulations they can be as nanovectors gene silencing of mutant K-ras in The successful transfection by was confirmed fluorescent imaging quantified through flow cytometry. Quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) indicates that expression oncogene from MiaPaCa-2 cells has been successfully suppressed. More importantly, our vivo toxicity study revealed both are highly biocompatible BALC/c mice. Overall, results suggest AIE here suitable high potential applications translational medicine research.
