摘要: Abstract This paper addresses the flaming ignition of polypropylene and polypropylene-based nanoclay composites, under irradiation in a cone calorimeter. The surface temperature as function time was measured using thermocouples on chemical changes occurring polymer leading to evolution volatiles were studied by means spectroscopic analyses surface. Thermogravimetric also carried out study thermal thermoxidative volatilization at variable heating rates, which correlate production critical concentration combustible for ignition. effect both microdispersed intercalated nanoclays is addressed analysed details.
