摘要: The rate equation for a tight-binding inhibitor of an enzyme-catalysed first-order reversible reaction was used to derive two integrated equations. One them covers the situations in which competitive, uncompetitive or non-competitive inhibition occurs and other refers special case where constants are equal. For these equations, graphical non-linear regression methods proposed distinguishing between types calculating from progress-curve data. application analysis stimulated progress curves presence is also presented. results obtained valid any type ‘dead-end’-complex-forming can be characterize unknown on basis curves.
