摘要: The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) directly correlates with the Mankin score and degree cartilage destruction. biological activity VEGF on articular remains unknown, so this study was performed to investigate effect aggrecan type II collagen in vitro. We carried out at Center Laboratory Renmin Hospital Wuhan University. Rat chondrocytes were cultured a monolayer. Then, experiment divided into 4 groups: group A (control group), without any disposal; B, treated 10 ng/ml VEGF; C, IL-1β; D, + IL-1β. After 48 h, messenger RNA (mRNA) evaluated by real-time polymerase chain reaction (real-Time PCR), protein detected Western blotting. found significantly inhibit gene levels. These findings suggest that may result degeneration inhibiting synthesis collagen.
