摘要: Patellar tendinopathy is a common and difficult-to-treat overuse injury of the patellar tendon with very negative impact on careers many athletes. It appears to involve failed healing process in tendon--not inflammation--and has consequences for treatment strategy. Rehabilitation programs are based principles load reduction an eccentric exercise program improve muscle-tendon function optimize kinetic chain. Prolonged rehabilitation necessary because slow recovery. Anti-inflammatory often unsuccessful. Surgery does not guarantee quick symptom-free return sport at original level either. Extracorporeal shock wave therapy, ultrasound-guided sclerosing new vessels tendinous peritendinous injections aprotinin autologous growth factors seem be promising options.
