摘要: a b s t r c Objectives: To analyze the trend in suicide mortality Andalusia from 1975 to 2012 and its relationship with unemployment use of antidepressants. Methods: Poisson's segmented regression models were used estimate changes over time. The associa- tion between factors examined was measured using Spearman's correlation coef“cient. Results: Suicide patterns men women are rising. largest increase found people aged 15 44 years, an annual percentage rate change 1.21 (95%CI: 0.7-1.7) for 0.93 0.4-1.4) women. Conclusions: Mortality by has increased since all age gender groups except 65 years or above. During last few decades, upward been observed young stable falling remaining population. Temporary variations rates not associated antidepressant prescription.
