摘要: Abstract Bovine cerebral microvessels (arterioles and capillaries) synthesize prostacyclin (PGI 2 , measured as 6-keto PGF 1α ), 2α PGE thromboxane A (measured TXB ) when incubated in glucose-bicarbonate buffer for 30 minutes. Rapid freezing thawing decreased the subsequent synthesis of by raised basal levels this metabolite within incubation medium. At low concentrations, addition arachidonic acid (0.16 μM) did not stimulate or prostaglandin production; at higher concentrations (16 μM), PGI was inhibited. Activation lipase peptide melittin stimulated all metabolites to same extent. Thus deacylate cellular lipids metabolize endogenous form prostaglandins, related compounds previously demonstrated larger blood vessels. The release these molecules may be important modulating tone reactivity small vessels brain.
