摘要: This study aims to the effect of motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance. The population in this was 505 Cooperativa Cafe Timor employees Timor-Leste by determining saturated samples at 6 company locations, namely NT Factory, Comoro, Manleuana, Railaco, Tibar, Head Office as many 202. used a quantitative approach with data collection methods using interviews questionnaires. Data that has been collected verified valid are analyzed descriptive analysis techniques variance-based or component-based Partial Least Square (PLS) tools. results show significant positive findings also state implications emphasize need improve adaptive performance so companies can always keep abreast developments face increasingly fierce competition.
