摘要: Abstract A simple, rapid and sensitive method has been described for the determination of trace amounts bromide. The is based on catalytic effect bromide ion oxidation methylene blue by bromate in sulfuric acid media. reaction monitored spectrophotometrically measuring decrease absorbance at 665 nm. Bromide was determined range 0.05–1.90 μg/mL with detection limit 0.03 μg/mL. relative standard deviations five replicate determinations 0.20 10.0 μg/mL were 2.4% 1.8%, respectively. influence potential interfering ions substances studied. applied to analysis clidinium-c tablet as a real sample.
