摘要: Abstract In this study, an attempt to investigate alternative method for grain refinement in Co–28Cr–5Mo–0.3C alloy by microstructural transformation, from pearlitic-type constituents globular austenite structure has been made. During combined aging treatment (at 850 °C 10 h + 980 °C 20 min) new grains nucleated the interfaces of and grew form equiaxed austenitic (with almost 1/10 their initial size). X-ray diffraction patterns showed that microstructure after reversible is same one resulted solution treatment. The suggested studied promoted a formed fine distribution with 60 μm average size. Moreover, tensile properties transformation excellent strength good ductility.
