摘要: Abstract This study assessed the cross-cultural knowledge, attitudes, and experiences of junior senior hospitality management students using survey methodology. The showed a low awareness food-related customs foods other cultures harbored positive attitudes toward learning more about these topics including this information in curriculum. Experiences regarded as most useful for were spending time another country conversing with others who had spent abroad. findings suggest need opportunities that would enhance among future professionals industry.
