摘要: Diabetic mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder that associated with several complications including testicular dysfunction. This research investigated the protective action of ethyl acetate extract from Shorea roxburghii (SRE) on diabetes induced damage in rats. rats were orally administered SRE at doses 100 and 400 mg/kg for 4 weeks. improved body weight gain, testes weight, index increased serum concentration testosterone. Furthermore, antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase, catalase glutathione peroxidase. In addition, ameliorated inflammatory mediators such as myeloperoxidase, tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin 6, p38 MAPK nuclear kappa B activation decreased cell apoptosis treated diabetic also raised sperm parameters after treatment Conclusively, our results suggested by inhibiting oxidative stress inflammation.
