摘要: We have recently determined the complete nucleotide sequences of cardiac alpha- and beta-myosin heavy chain (MyHC) genes from both human Syrian hamster. These genomic sequence data were used to study molecular evolution MyHC genes. Between beta-MyHC genes, multiple gene conversion events detected by (1) maximum parsimony tree analyses, (2) synonymous substitution (3) detection pairwise identity intron sequences. Approximately half 40 exons undergone concerted through process with other undergoing divergent evolution. Gene occurred more often in encoding alpha-helical myosin rod domain than globular head domain, an apparent directional bias was also observed, transfer genetic material occurring beta alpha.
