摘要: This paper focuses on the energy efficiency of two-stage cooperative multicast with CPC (CP combining). Aiming to provide a coverage 95%, SC (selective combining) has been analytically investigated and power saving 43% can be achieved compared conventional one-stage [9]. However, CP combining which is more practical stronger received signal than thus expected able further saving. Assuming high user density, analysis carried out performance OFDM based CPC, decided by BS (base station) transmission at 1st stage number locations MRs (mobile relays) 2nd stage. Given fixed coverage, it difficult obtain MR scheme that optimal total consumption. Therefore, two sub-optimal schemes are proposed, i.e., coordination coordination, for [9] reduce MRs, respectively. Numerical results show save 9% 17% SC, Moreover, provides uniform coordination. Simulations verify numerical results. It shown better all densities gap increases as density decrease.
