摘要: Abstract Forty porphyrin platinum conjugates were synthesized, which exhibited a photodynamic effect due to the system and cytostatic fragment present in same molecule. The ligands for complexes synthesized starting from hematoporphyrin deuteroporphyrin. are of (diamine)PtCl 2 , (diamine)Pt(phthalato), (NH 3 ) Pt(dicarboxylato) (diamine)Pt(dicarboxylato) type. Their antitumor activity was tested with MDA-MB-231 mammary carcinoma cell line without irradiation.
