摘要: Abstract The use of H + beams with a few MeV energy allows the analyst to probe much deeper into sample than would be possible similar helium beam. price one pays for this greater depth is loss mass resolution. For light elements (lithium neon) being discussed here, there an additional problem and benefit: scattering cross section, in several instances, deviates significantly from Rutherford formula; very often deviation enhances sensitivity analysis. This paper reviews available experimental section data lithium neon discusses method modeling these sections.
