摘要: The safest and most effective therapy for an early pregnancy failure in women with pancytopenia is unknown. Here, we present a case report of patient diagnosed 10-week embryonic demise who had rare hematologic disorder called TnPolyagglutination syndrome that caused pancytopenia. was offered expectant, medical, or surgical management, she chose outpatient vaginal misoprostol. A week later, the presented to emergency room septic abortion. She given broad spectrum antibiotics suction dilation & curettage performed. After 72 hours antibiotic therapy, discharged home made full recovery baseline. This suggests initial management should be considered strongly recommended over expectant medical management. We review options planning patients pancytopenia, regardless etiology.
