摘要: A vortical structure within a turbulent boundary layer and spanwise variation of flowfield have been investigated for further understanding the development interacting with periodic longitudinal vortex arrays which are artificially generated in free stream. One parameters, periodicity vortices L/S (L denotes distance between neighboring airfoils, S airfoil span), rules both magnitude streamwise path secondary caused layer. As result, whether quantities show linear or nonlinear interaction significantly depends on value L/S. Therefore, cases where < 1, although distortion outer region is not marked, those periods change direction due to rapid diffusion following corotating merging vortices. However, g noticeable corresponding arrangement elements, these strictly maintained. Comparing variations mean flowfield, mechanisms discussed.
