摘要: Effects of embedded longitudinal vortices on heat transfer in turbulent boundary layers with injection from a single film cooling hole are described. These results were obtained at freestream velocity 10 m/s, inclined 30 degrees to horizontal and blowing ratio about 0.50. The vortex core diameter was 2.14, the circulation times 2.8. Coolant distributions spatially resolved measurements indicate that centerlines must be least 2.0–2.5 diameters away center lateral direction avoid significant alterations wall coolant. Under these circumstances, protection is evident up 55 downstream injection. When closer center, secondary flows convect most injectant into upwash thermal destroyed for streamwise locations greater than 17.5 diameters.Copyright © 1989 by ASME
