摘要: The object of the present invention are compounds general formula (I), in which m signifies a number between 0-8, q 0-4, A single or double bond, R1, R2 signify hydrogen lower alkyl, whereby R1 and can be same different and, when 2-8, group CR1=CR2 have various significances within following sequence, R3 X -(CH2)b-COR4 with b=0-4, Y hydrogen, -COR4, phenyl indolyl residue R4 hydroxyl, alkoxy NR1R2 residue, different, W an optionally mono- polysubstituted saturated unsaturated mono-, bi- tricycle contain one more hetero atoms, as well their physiologically compatible salts, esters, optically active forms, racemates, tautomers derivatives metabolized vivo to use these for production medicaments prophylaxis therapy metabolic bone disorders.
