摘要: From the general three‐wave coupling formalism in magnetized nonrelativistic Vlasov plasma, an expression is derived that gives differential cross section for scattering of incident radiation off thermal fluctuations induced by ions a hot plasma. The model valid to any order parameters, and can thus generalize previous theory models regimes where either electron Larmor radius or cyclotron resonance are significant scattered wave.
