摘要: Shaped pharmaceutical tablets, lozenges, suppositories and other solid dosage unit forms which have a prolonged regular release pattern of therapeutically active medicament incorporated therein, wherein the shaped comprises carrier base material hydroxypropylmethylcellulose or mixture thereof with up to 30% ethylcellulose and/or sodium carboxymethylcellulose is subjected hydrolysis oxidation so as generate thereon desired minimum concentration carbonyl carboxyl groups, then admixed medicament.
