摘要: We review recently developed reference methods based on mass fragmentography (specific ion monitoring) with use of isotope-labeled internal standard, for determination cholesterol, triglycerides, urea, glucose, cortisol, progesterone, and testosterone. With an optimal ratio between standard material to be determined, the relative deviation these methods, duplicate determinations, is 1.3 2.7%. The very high specificity in combination fact that labeled unlabeled molecules determined a degree accuracy, makes it likely most significant errors are related pipetting. possibility discussed might into "absolute" or "definitive" by subjecting each individual step detailed analysis respect possible error. also discuss some consequences different choice routine methods.
